Workshop facilitator, Thailand National and Ecosystem Assessment Initiative Global Workshop (NEA) and Indigenous Local Knowledge (ILK) Authors Workshops, organized by UNESCO and UN Environment Programme World Conservation Monitoring Centre, 12-14 July 2024 in Bangkok, Thailand. I had the amazing opportunity to lead a dynamic one-day workshop for the talented Thailand NEA authors team. My goal was to introduce Indigenous valuation systems and advocate for the inclusion of a compelling chapter on Indigenous and Local Knowledge (ILK) in Thailand’s National Ecosystem Assessment (NEA). During the workshop, I provided a detailed step-by-step guide on how to seamlessly integrate Indigenous valuation methods into the NEA.
